Northamptonshire Carers offer support services to carers in Northamptonshire. They support, advocate for, champion and connect carers across the UK, so that no one has to care alone.

Northamptonshire Carers offer a drop-in at the Renew-169 Wellbeing Café in Towcester every 1st and 3rd Tuesday each month between 12pm and 1pm. 

Renew is located at 169 Watling Street, Towcester NN12 6BX – no appointment needed

Northamptonshire MIND

Mind offer mental health services including crisis support, counselling, one to one support, group and peer support and wellbeing courses.  More information can be found on the website.

Age UK

Age UK Northamptonshire is an independent charity providing support and services to older people in Northamptonshire. Age UK offer a wide range of help including day care at home, money management, information and advice on benefits such as attendance allowance claims, advocacy, home help, foot care, handypersons services, exercise classes, transportation and much more.

Renew 169 Wellbeing Café, Towcester

Renew 169 Wellbeing Café offers a quiet space where it is okay not to be okay.  It is a safe space where people with emotional and mental health difficulties are welcomed, with an aim to reduce loneliness and isolation.  Visitors can be assured of a warm welcome and someone to listen.  Attendees have the opportunity to take part in activities, based on the `5 Ways to Wellbeing’.
