Northamptonshire Carers offer a drop-in at the Renew-169 Wellbeing Café in Towcester every 1st and 3rd Tuesday each month between 12pm and 1pm.  Renew is located at 169 Watling Street, Towcester NN12 6BX – no appointment needed (renew169 Wellbeing Café | Towcester, England)

Renew 169 Wellbeing Café offers a quiet space where it is okay not to be okay.  It is a safe space where people with emotional and mental health difficulties are welcomed, with an aim to reduce loneliness and isolation.  Visitors can be assured of a warm welcome and someone to listen.  Attendees have the opportunity to take part in activities, based on the `5 Ways to Wellbeing’.

Open Monday to Wednesday 10am – 3pm, no appointment required.  169 Watling Street, Towcester NN12 6BX
