Age UK Northamptonshire is an independent charity providing support and services to older people in Northamptonshire. Age UK offer a wide range of help including day care at home, money management, information and advice on benefits such as attendance allowance claims, advocacy, home help, foot care, handypersons services, exercise classes, transportation and much more.

Northampton Dementia Action Alliance
We have formed part of the Northamptonshire Dementia Action Alliance since the alliance was formed in 2013. With the diverse needs of the County we feel that Northampton would benefit from a localised Dementia Action Alliance so that we can focus on local needs.
Helping people with dementia to retain a sense of adventure by getting outdoors, connecting with nature, themselves through holidays and training.
We offer small group holidays and individually tailored holidays for people living with dementia and the people who are for them.

Dementia Information Service
The Dementia Information Service guides you through the time after a dementia diagnosis, which can be difficult. You can sign up to emails which can support you if you have just found out, or accepted, that you or a loved one has dementia.

Rare Dementia Support
Rare Dementia Support (RDS) is a world-leading, UK-based service provided by the UCL Dementia Research Centre (DRC) and partners and funded by The National Brain Appeal.
RDS supports people affected by 7 of the rare dementias including carers and bereaved carers. These are: Familial Alzheimer’s disease (FAD), frontotemporal dementia (FTD), familial frontotemporal dementia (fFTD), posterior cortical atrophy (PCA), primary progressive aphasia (PPA), Lewy body dementia (LBD) and Young-onset Alzheimer’s disease (YOAD).
