The Employment and Disability Service (EADS) is the specialist supported employment team. They provide bespoke support to individuals facing barriers to employment.
West Northamptonshire Council - Riverside Resource Centre
The Riverside Resource Centre is a wellbeing hub that offers services to support adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD). A key-worker will work with them to put together a plan that meets their individual needs and supports their choices about how they want to live their life.

Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (NHFT) – Learning Disabilities
The services comprises both community teams (CTPLD) for people with learning disabilities and the Intensive Support Team (IST)
The CTPLD team provide a specialist healthcare service for people with learning disabilities and related health needs. The IST team provides community assessment and treatment to adults with learning disabilities experiencing mental health of behaviour that challenges.
VoiceAbility supports people who face disadvantages or discrimination to have a voice that counts. They provide free and independent advocacy and user-involvement services. VoiceAbility's advocates can work with people in a variety of ways to ensure they understand all the options and get the best outcome for them
Northamptonshire Learning Disability

Northampton Mencap are a very well established and managed local charity offering a variety of social and leisure opportunities for young people and adults with a learning disability, this includes three social clubs run with the help of a dedicated team of volunteers.

The Down Syndrome Group Northamptonshire is a local charity which supports families and friends in the community who have a connection to people with Down Syndrome.

National Autistic Society
The National Autistic Society is the UK’s leading charity for autistic people.
The Northamptonshire is located just outside Irthlingborough. The centre provides bespoke, person centred, outcomes-based services to autistic adults.
Consensus provide tailored support and accommodation in residential and supported living services, as well as community support within Northamptonshire for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. The people we support may also have additional physical and cognitive needs and behaviours which others may find challenging.

Deafconnect is the only charity in Northamptonshire supporting deaf people of all ages.
Deafconnect offer a wide range of services; from specialist Hard of Hearing service to Equipment help; to drop in service to Advocacy. They offer family signing lessons and accredited sign language courses.

Sign Health is the National Deaf Health Charity.
The work is varied and aims to promote easier access to healthcare and information. They partner with the NHS and other services and take on projects, carry out research, and raise awareness.
They also deliver their own services to reach deaf people in their shared language in their moment of need, through crisis textlines, domestic abuse support, therapy advocacy and residential services.
